# agentlinkops citation gap

> Compare citations and mentions within a frozen dataset.

## Behavior and output

Preserves engine, prompt and target boundaries. Missing envelopes remain missing and unknown observations stay outside known counts. Branded prompts are labeled ineligible for headline use. Reverse results list mentioned-without-citation observations. No row proves absence outside this dataset.

## Arguments

INVENTORY.json and --out required.

## Exit status

0 on success; 1 for a sweep with a measured decline; 2 on invalid input, existing output, configuration failure or budget abort.
